What time are you open?
During the summer holidays we are open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 5.30pm Saturdays and 10am to 4.30pm Sundays
We're open from 10am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday
Saturday 10 - 5.30pm
On Sunday we are open 10am to 4.30pm.
During school holidays weekdays we are open from 10am to 5pm
Can I book?
No, we don't offer bookings, it's pay on the door on arrival. (on rainy weekends we may reach capacity, in this case we will run a 1 family out, 1 family in policy)
Is Kids eat free on today?
Our Kids eat free deal gives a free meal voucher to all children paying full price to use our facility on school days.
It runs all day every school day from 10am to 6.30pm - Kids eat free is not on during school holidays, weekends and bank holidays.
Will the Climbing tree and bumper cars be open?
Our climbing tree and bumper cars (£1 for bumpers) are open on Weekends and school holidays only. They are not open on school days. If you wish to go on please ask a member of staff. At busy times we may open the tree for half an hour at a time and then close the tree again whilst we open the bumper cars.
How do I book a party?
The quickest way is to check our party packages page and then call us on 01325 481616 we can then check availability, take down all the details we need and get you booked in. There is a small deposit of £20 for parties during normal opening hours and £40 for private hires. This can be paid over the phone.
It's my child's birthday. I haven't booked a party but can I bring a cake?
We don't allow food from outside to be consumed on the premises. We're happy for you to bring a cake to sing happy birthday but please do not portion or eat the cake on the premises.
When do you need final numbers for parties and when do I pay the balance?
We don't need final numbers, as long as we have an estimated number we will just count your guests in on the day. The party balance is just paid at the end of the party
How much is entry?
£7.95 per child - Under 1's are £3.50 if they are only with parents, or free with a paying older sibling.
Adults are free.
How long can I stay? 
We don't do time limits so you can stay as long as you choose. We will only ask families to leave at closing time or if they have became rude, disrespectful or threatening to another customer of any member of staff.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No - The only exception is juice bottles for children (the refillable type that they would take to school or nursery) and Baby food.
What food do you sell?
We have a cafe selling snacks and meals as well as a wide range of hot and cold drinks
Do you cater for allergies?
Yes - Let us know on ordering and we will be able to give you options suitable to your allergy.
What if I have a problem whilst at the centre?
We can only deal with problems when we know that there is a problem. If you are unhappy with anything, please ask to speak to the duty manager. It's always easier to deal with an issue at the time rather than retrospectively sending an email.
