Every day we receive requests to assist in fundraising for schools and good causes. We are happy to assist as long as your organisation can meet the requirements set out below. Please read carefully as we will only send vouchers out on requests that fully comply with our criteria below.

1. All voucher requests must be made in writing and posted to us. Roarsome Soft Play, 1 Morton Trade park, Morton Park way, Darlington, DL1 4WE

2. A cover letter on charity, school or organisation headed paper and prepaid return envelope must be included. (Charities should have their charity number printed onto the cover letter)

3. We will not send vouchers to any residential address. The address must be that of a registered charity, school or organisation.

If you are unable to meet the above criteria, unfortunately we will not be able to support you.

4. Any voucher or prize we choose to give away is at our sole discretion. These will be posted only. We may choose to not support any request without reason. 

5. We will support any individual school or charity a maximum of 3 times per calendar year.
