You'll have the chance to dance and sing along with our staff, and even meet some of our beloved characters. Of course, a visit to Santa's cozy grotto is a must, where you'll receive a special voucher to select a precious present from the whimsical elves themselves.

Throughout the event, our soft play area will be open for endless amusement. The joyous games and activities are all included in your ticket price. We care deeply about every child's experience, so please inform us in advance of any allergies or preferences regarding sweets.

This event has a hot food buffet, where each child grab a plate with options like chicken nuggets, hot dogs, pizza, and chips.

As the party draws to a close, children will be enchanted by the opportunity to assist our team in creating a magical snowfall, all thanks to Olaf and our snow machine. A delightful additional gift awaits them at the exit gate to ensure the magic lingers even after the festivities.

For those seeking an exclusive touch, our VIP party ensures an intimate experience with limited tickets, designed to create lasting memories.

Remember, only children require tickets; accompanying adults are welcomed free of charge. For our tiniest guests under 1 year old, they're invited to join in the soft play adventures alongside an older sibling, absolutely free. Should you wish for them to partake in the full Santa experience with sweets, prizes, and a cherished gift, don't forget to secure a spot for them as well.

Rest assured, there's no need for a physical ticket – your booking name will be lovingly added to our guest list. While all ticket sales are final, we understand that life happens. Should you be unable to attend, just inform us 24 hours before, and we'll provide you with complimentary play passes equivalent to the value of your party ticket, ready to be enjoyed at a later date. 🎁🎉
